Somethings just happen for a reason

So I was walking into my trusty Homegoods/Marshall's on Friday night talking on the phone with Ashley and telling her that I wanted to get a library card so I could start reading more, but the main reason was to get the book The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks so that I can read it before our next Girls Day Out.... (way to have priorities right?!!?)

So as I am perusing the isles of Homegoods, I saw this


upside down with a price tag of $5.99... SOLD!!!

This may just delay me from going out and getting my library card but I need to start reading more and spending less time on the computer every night!

Have ya'll read this book yet? I am only a few chapters in and I think its going to be a good one!

    It is a wonderful book, but then all of Nicholas Sparks books are!

    Another NS book you may enjoy is 'Dear John'...Did you ever see that movie?

    My sister loved it, but I haven't read it yet. {she is also 15} But I've heard both good and bad things about it. Let us know!!

    I got it for Christmas and its next on my list...my sister and friend LOVED it! They both finished it in 2 days and said they were "snot crying" it was so good haha!

    I just bought it yesterday to read when we go on our Spring Break trip! I loved Dear John....have you read that?

    On another note...I just got a library card an hour ago! I needed more books for a project my students are doing, so I stopped on my way home. I used to have one but I wasn't in their system for some reason, so I had to get a new one. It's a good thing because I think I had a large fine attatched to my old card! Oops!

    Have fun reading...I'm kind of afraid of Nicholas Sparks books though because the movies always make me cry!!!!

    I just read this a few months ago & couldn't put it down! I was so excited when I saw right after I read it that it was becoming a movie. Definitely a tearjerker like most of his books.

    I read it recently and LOVED it! I am such a sucker for anything Nicholas Sparks even though just about all of them contain some sort of death in them! UGH!

    I haven't read this one yet, but I have a lot of other Nicholas Sparks books you can borrow if you like this book.
